I. Age Restrictions
The Santa Claran does not knowingly or intentionally collect any personally identifiable information from, market to or target individuals under the age of 21. Pursuant to law, persons under the age of 21 are not permitted to gamble at our properties or loiter in casino areas. Similarly, our web site is not intended for persons under the age of 21.
II. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
A. Personal Information
"Personal Information" is information through which you can be identified. The Santa Claran only collects Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us. Some examples of Personal Information that we may collect include your name, date of birth, postal address, email address, telephone number, fax number, gender, gaming activity, purchase and reservation information. It may also include live video, if you visit our public entertainment facilities. Some Personal Information described above is considered "Confidential Personal Information.” Confidential Personal Information includes your name associated with one or more of the following: date of birth, credit card information, driver's license number, state ID card, social security number, passport information and naturalization information.
We collect Personal Information through various online activities, including, but not limited to, making room reservations or purchasing show tickets or other items. The personal information you provide us is used to identify you as a customer of the Santa Claran and in connection with delivering services or products that you order. If you are reserving rooms or making a purchase, personal financial information is obtained to secure payment.
B. General Information
"General Information" is information about you or your activities through which you cannot be personally identified. When you use the Internet, your web browser or software may transmit certain information to the servers that host the web sites you visit. This information may consist of the unique number assigned to your server or Internet connection, the capabilities and features of your computer, your geographic location and your movement within and interaction with the web site, including what pages you look at and what information you download. When you visit the Santa Claran web site, our servers collect such General Information. This General Information is used to generate aggregate statistics about visitors to our web site. In situations where it is possible to do so, General Information may be linked to Personal Information.

A. Uses by the Santa Claran
In addition to using the collected information to make, process and fulfill reservations and/or purchases, we may also use the collected information for marketing purposes, to notify you of special promotions, offers and events, to enable us to contact you for confirmation or customer service questions after reservations or purchases are made or after you sign up for or participate in certain activities, to respond to inquiries, complaints and other communications and for profiling or demographic purposes.
B. Sharing with Business Partners
Except for Confidential Personal Information, we may share your Personal Information with our business partners for joint marketing efforts or for our business partners' own marketing purposes. When we provide Personal Information to our business partners, we require them to exercise reasonable care to protect it and restrict its use to the purposes for which it was provided to them.
If you do not want us to share your Personal Information with business partners for marketing purposes, you may opt out of such sharing by notifying us in accordance with Section IV below.
C. Disclosure to Third Parties
Although you may request to opt out of sharing this information for marketing purposes, we reserve the right to disclose it, including Confidential Personal Information, to our partners and other third parties for the following purposes: (1) to comply with a court order, subpoena, search warrant or other legal process, (2) to comply with legal, regulatory or administrative requirements of any governmental authorities, (3) to protect and defend the Santa Claran, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries and all of their officers, directors, employees, attorneys, agents, contractors and partners in connection with any legal action, claim or dispute, (4) to satisfy any contractual obligation to indemnify our contractors, business partners or other third parties in connection with any legal action, claim or dispute, (5) to enforce the terms of our web site, (6) to prevent imminent physical harm or threats to public safety, (7) to protect businesses that the Santa Claran may use for purposes of performing functions on their behalf such as companies that process credit card transactions, (8) in connection with a business transaction involving a sale, purchase, reorganization or transfer to a third party of any of the assets of the Santa Claran, (9) to prevent fraud and (10) to engage in debt collection.

IV. Marketing Communications & Opt-OUT
It is our intention that you should only receive communications that will be useful to you and that you want to receive. If you have given us your contact information (mail address, fax number, email address or phone number), we may want to inform you about our products and services or invite you to events by email, telephone, mobile / text messaging (including SMS and MMS) or post.
We will periodically contact you via email and provide information about the Santa Claran special offers and promotions that may be of interest to you (unless you opt out).
We typically use third party email service providers to send emails. These service providers are prohibited from using your email address for any purpose other than to send Santa Claran related emails. When you receive an email, you will be provided the choice to opt out of future messages by following the instructions provided in the email.

Please note, however, that if you opt out as described above, we will not be able to remove your personal information from the databases of affiliates, franchisees or business partners with which we have already shared your personal information.

For online transactions, we use technology to protect the information that you transmit to us via our site. Unfortunately, however, no security system or system of transmitting data over the Internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure.

The Santa Claran is not responsible for the information collection or privacy practices of other web sites, including web sites operated by our business partners or other third parties. VII.Â RESPONSIBLE GAMING PROGRAM
We believe that gaming should always be handled responsibly. That is why the Santa Claran adheres to the American Gaming Association Code of Conduct for Responsible Gaming. Accordingly, we will not use the Personal Information of members of the Santa Claran Self-Exclusion Service for any marketing purposes.
