If you are reserving rooms or making a purchase, personal financial information is obtained to secure payment.

We believe that gaming should always be handled responsibly. That is why the Santa Claran adheres to the American Gaming Association Code of Conduct for Responsible Gaming. Accordingly, we will not use the Personal Information of members of the Santa Claran Self-Exclusion Service for any marketing purposes.

VIII. VISITORS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES
