CAGE CASHIER/MAIN BANKER FULL TIME (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

Responsible for furnishing Cashiers in the Cage and Casino Employees with money exchanges. Also, responsible for assisting customers with transactions and for balancing various bank drawers within the Cage Department, maintaining accuracy throughout all phases of the balancing process.

CAGE SUPERVISOR FULL TIME (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

Responsible for ensuring that all accounting activities in the Cage Department are performed accurately and efficiently, in accordance with Company Internal Controls and established company policies and procedures.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED required. Some college courses in Banking and Finance or related area preferred.

CORPORATE PURCHASING MANAGER FULL TIME (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

Responsible for the most cost effective purchase and delivery of all vendors' goods and services to the Corporation. Maintain vendor compliance with the Company's product specifications. Submit all purchase requests for approval in accordance with authorized expenditure levels. Ensure that all purchases are from the Company's approved vendor lists. Prepare purchase orders and invoices to be maintained in an accurate filing system. Supervises and monitors inventories to ensure that correct entries are maintained. Responsible for the timely and cost efficient purchase and delivery of all vendor goods for the company. Review all proposed and received orders to ensure vendor compliance. Adhere to the approved vendor lists. Take inventories in a manner that is timely and consistent with company policies. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related area, or Four to Six years related experience and or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

FACILITIES HOUSEKEEPER FULL TIME (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

Responsible for attending to the cleaning and stocking needs of assigned area(s) of the property.

HUMAN RESOURCES BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR FULL TIME (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

Responsible for the administration, implementation and maintenance of the SCDC's Group Insurance Benefit Programs, Group Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and other benefit programs and various reports and audits as required by ACA and other Federal Guidelines. Processes all insurance paperwork including COBRA enrollment, leave of absence, and premiums, updates Employee deductions in system. Acts as liaison between Human Resources Department and Payroll Department, assisting with public relation problems, deductions, taxes and benefit status inquiries, etc.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree or equivalent from Two-Year College or Technical School preferred; and/or one to three (1-3) years related benefits experience, training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Current knowledge and/or trainings regarding ACA regulations preferred but not required.

IT HELP DESK TECHNICIAN FULL TIME (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

Responsible for contributing to the successful prioritization and completion of daily Information Technology functions and support. Ensure optimum service quality for existing environments; continued innovation, evaluation, and adoption of new technology solutions; guarantee satisfaction in accordance with the department's and Company's high standards.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent; minimum of one to three (1-3) years related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Relevant technical certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ required at time of or during employment. Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or other relevant industry certifications a plus.

PLAYERS CLUB REPRESENTATIVE PART TIME (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

Responsible for providing an outstanding Customer Service and a great gaming experience for our patrons. Representatives should construct beneficial relationships with our patrons by providing information about Players Club Rewards, and assisting them to access those rewards. A representative is expected to maintain a high courtesy standard with all Customers.

SECURITY OFFICER PART AND FULL TIME (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

Under general supervision, responsible for protection of property and persons in a prompt, courteous manner and in accordance with the company's high standards of customer services.

SLOT TECHNICIAN FULL TIME (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

Responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical slot machines under the direction of the Slot Tech Manager.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED required. Electronics experience and/or degree preferred.

SLOT SERVICE SPECIALIST PART TIME (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

Service Specialist is responsible for handling Slots Department guest requirements. Ensures Slot machines are monitored on a continual basis for full capacity operation.

STAFF ACCOUNTANT FULL TIME (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

Maintains subsidiary ledger; assists with preparing monthly financial statements and reports; reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts; and prepares special reports as needed.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related area from a Four-year College or University.

SURVEILLANCE AGENT FULL TIME (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

Responsible for maintaining close, continuous surveillance of all gaming areas and the entire property, in order to protect life, assets and the property. Monitors all areas of the property at all times, identifying potential security and/or safety risks and reporting same to the appropriate individual or entity, for proper resolution. Maintains a working knowledge of all Rules and Regulations of the Gaming Commission, and ensures strict adherence to same throughout the Property.

TABLE GAMES DEALER PART TIME (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

The Dealer will provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing to all customers while following all casino procedures and policies. Dealers must be able to handle cards, dice, chips, and gaming devices such as roulette wheels and craps sticks. In large casinos, dealers may specialize in a single game, but in small ones they may be required to know how to conduct more than one game. All casino games have different rules and variations of play.

TABLE GAMES SUPERVISOR PART TIME (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

Responsible for the implementation of all operations of Casino Table Games and Employee performances are in compliance with the Company's policy and procedure, objectives, goals and Gaming regulations.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years' experience. Proven knowledge, training and/or experience in dealing Blackjack, Roulette or Craps

F&B BARTENDER PART TIME (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

The Bartender is responsible for the overall guest experience of bar patrons and overall sanitation of their assigned post. The Bartender is responsible for monitoring all consumption of alcohol by each of their patrons and alerting the Bar Manager or member of the Security Department in the event that a guest needs to be cut off or escorted out of the venue. The Bartender will have full knowledge of drink specials, bar focused events, and any issues pertaining to product shortage.

F&B BAR BACK PART TIME (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

The bar back is responsible for the assisting the bartender in the overall guest experience of bar patrons and overall sanitation of their assigned post. The bar back will be expected to interact with guest in a sincere, warm, and genuine way to ensure their ultimate satisfaction and communicate any needs to be addressed in this regard. The bar back is responsible maintaining all the policies and practices as highlighted in title 31, proper cash handling, and the safe and responsible sale and service of alcohol. The bar back should also possess general understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.

BOWLING CENTER GUEST SERVICES PART TIME (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

This position is responsible for providing the guest with a delightful bowling experience from the initial reception until the final good-bye in accordance with the Company's high standards of guest service. Our common goal is getting people to come more often and stay longer, and we must earn the passionate loyalty and trust of all staff/guests. Function efficiently in the food court and maintain portion controls. Participate in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation in the food court and all other areas of the Bowling Center.

F&B CONCESSION STAND ATTENDANT PART TIME (MUST BE 18 OR OLDER):

Responsible for providing Food service to all Casino customers in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of Customer services.

C-STORE CASHIER PART TIME (MUST BE 18 OR OLDER):

Responsible for making point of sales transactions and selling of merchandise at the C-Store and for the successful upkeep of the operations, including successful executions of duties and responsibilities ensuring guest service and satisfaction in accordance with the Company's high standards.

F&B DISHWASHER PART TIME (MUST BE 18 OR OLDER):

Responsible for properly cleaning, maintaining, and organizing the facilities under food and beverage existing systems, policies, training and departmental standards administration.  Assist with storing incoming deliveries and ensure their proper storage and organization.

F&B BUSSER PART TIME (MUST BE 18 OR OLDER):

The busser is responsible for the setting and resetting of all dining room tables. The busser is expected to assist with clearing tables, filling and refilling water, attending to or assisting with any and all guest needs. The busser is also responsible for restocking of plates, silverware, glassware, and all other service implements. Additionally, the busser is responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to established policies, training, and departmental standards. The busser is also expected to know, understand, and abide by federal health code standards and hold a Food Handlers License

F&B FOOD RUNNER PART TIME (MUST BE 18 OR OLDER):

Responsible for the overall guest satisfaction through the timely delivery of accurate orders, attention to detail and proper food safety techniques.  Expected to communicate regularly with both back and front of the house using problem solving and thorough knowledge of the current menu, specials and items out of stock

F&B HOST/HOSTESS PART TIME (MUST BE 18 OR OLDER):

The Hostess is responsible for guest satisfaction upon arrival and departure by offering a genuine and timely greeting in co-ordinance of existing systems, policies, training, and departmental standards. The Hostess is expected to provide an exemplary dining experience for guests through prompt, timely, and genuine greeting, accurate wait quotes, and communication with the service staff.

F&B SERVER PART TIME (MUST BE 18 OR OLDER):

The server is responsible for the overall guest satisfaction. The server is expected to provide an exemplary dining experience for guests through prompt attentive service, timely communication with the back of the house, deductive reasoning, problem solving, self-accountability, and thorough knowledge of the current menu, specials, and items out of stock.

ASSISTANT OPERATIONS RETAIL MANAGER (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

Responsible for all phases of the store's operations. Manages and controls the operation of the store to ensure that company standards and expectations are consistently met. Responsible for hiring, training, and staffing ensuring all administration and asset management are being maintained to Company standards. Smoke Shop Ops Manager is required to work a minimum of 40 hours on site with the flexibility of working weekends and nights, which are the stores busiest business hours.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 3 -5 years of Supervisory/Management experience in Retail Sales and/or Customer Service environment. Previous experience in Retail Sales with increasing levels of responsibility and strong working knowledge of General Retail practices and procedures. Supervises and participates in the monthly inventory of merchandise and stock. Requires computer knowledge, specifically cash register software and Word and Excel.

GOLF COURSE BEVERAGE CART ATTENDANT (MUST BE 21 OR OLDER):

The beverage cart attendant is responsible for ensuring the convenience needs are met for patrons, greeting and servicing guests in co-ordinance of existing systems, policies, training, and departmental standards. The beverage cart attendant is expected to engage with guests through prompt attentive service, timely communication with immediate supervisors and peers, deductive reasoning, problem solving and self accountability. The beverage cart attendant is expected to know, understand, and abide by established company policy, departmental procedures, and display comprehensive knowledge of the policies dictated in title 31, proper cash handling, and the safe and responsible sale and service of alcohol. The beverage cart attendant should also possess general understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.

HOTEL ATTENDANT PART TIME (MUST BE 18 OR OLDER):

Responsible for achieving and maintaining an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the guest rooms of the Hotel. Routinely inspects guest rooms for maintenance needs, such as burnt-out light bulbs, plumbing or electrical problems, carpentry needs, or other special problems, and reports same to the Housekeeping Office, for proper resolution. Hotel housekeeping IS required of position.

HOTEL BELLMAN PART TIME (MUST BE 18 OR OLDER):

The greeting used by the bellman sets the tone for the guest's experience at the property. A bellman should use the customer's name when addressing the person to make her feel welcome and important. As they continue on the walk to the room, the bellman should point out areas of attraction in the hotel; such as the concierge station, the gift shop, the business center, and restaurants.

HOTEL GUEST SERVICE AGENT (MUST BE 18 OR OLDER):

Assist the Front Office Staff of the Hotel to ensure high guest satisfaction in all areas of the Front-of-House Operations. Check guests in and out of the hotel. Receives payment for guest rooms. Input reservations received through phone and e-mail. Maintains compliance to all front office standard operation procedures: monitors key control, verifies room status information, updates group information, ensures follow-through of all VIP requests, meets all service standards within department. Meet proper standards of dress and decorum. Maintains the highest degree of guest service and professional conduct at all times. Utilizes guest service skills to ensure that all guest needs are met promptly and to the guest's complete satisfaction.

LINE COOK PART TIME (MUST BE 18 OR OLDER):

The Line Cook is responsible for the overall guest satisfaction and serving guests in co-ordinance of existing systems, policies, training, and departmental standards.

PUYE CLIFF DWELLING TOUR GUIDE PART TIME (MUST BE 18 OR OLDER):

Responsible for the successful overall management of the operations and activities for the Puye Cliff Dwellings, including successful communication in front of large groups of people, walking of distances up to five to six miles, and relaying information about the history of the Santa Clara people.

REQUIREMENTS: Must be a Tribal Member or affiliate of Santa Clara Pueblo.
